DESIGNER
& CREATIVE WINGMAN
ALICA PANCER. PRODUCT DESIGNER & CREATIVE WINGMAN BASED IN CROATIA
I design products, shape brands, and guide creative processes from idea to execution.
With a background in interior design and over a decade in product development,
I work where aesthetics meet strategy—and where intuition meets clarity.
I’m not just a designer — I’m your wingman. I’m here to back your vision, push boundaries, and make sure every detail is picture-perfect. I am guiding you through every step of the creative process. Together we create, but I add the cherry on top.
I work closely with brands to bring products to life, shape their vision, and own their space.
From concept to launch, I connect all the dots: product, brand, visuals, story.
Design is a process of discovery—built on clarity, concept, and connection.
I start with questions, not assumptions.
project begins by understanding the brand, the context, and the people behind it.
I love brands that resonate—not because they’re perfect, but because they stand for something, are intentional, and grounded in something real.
And relationships based on trust, fluid communication, and shared ambition.
I value clarity over noise. Simplicity over trendiness.
Every detail has a reason. Every decision has a logic behind it.
Good design feels effortless—but it takes work to get there.
Culture gives me context for everything.
Putting things in the wright context and then slightly move it.
It doesn't have to be obvious or it can be very much obvious.
But some idea and intention is always behind.

It’s about finding that sweet spot in between
something genuinely interesting and forward-thinking,
while still feeling timeless—not trend-based.

Design is not about exclusivity–
it's about culture, people, nature, and everything in between.

ALICA:
PINK. Vibrant and sweet, fun and girly, sexy and innocent.
Whose art inspires you the most?

ALICA:
Since my teenage years, I’ve loved Madonna—the queen of pop and a cultural icon. I still do.

The Eiffel Tower
